1. All players must adhere to each individual club/courses dress code regulations and the host clubs right to refuse a booking in the case of non-compliance.2. The host clubs reserves the right to pair you up with other players.3. Course condition is the host clubs responsibility. We does not have control over the condition of any golf course and accept no responsibility for any disappointment you may experience.4. Cancellations need to be made by contacting the host club directly. Host club terms & conditions apply.5. If the golf course is open, you are expected to play. If you are unable to play due to the golf course being closed for inclement weather the host club will attempt to notify you via email/sms. The host club will not be held responsible for missed bookings or inconvenience due to inclement weather.
